Fitness classes are now back to the regular weekly schedule in the gym at The St. Peter’s Complex. We offer a variety of classes which include circuit training, walking, exercise and other DVDs that we follow on the big screen, hand weight classes and stability ball classes. All fitness levels are welcome from those of you who haven’t exercised in a long time to those who are physically active. Each person can work at their own pace. Fitness At the Complex!! Tuesdays & Thursdays at 6:30 am Mondays, Tuesdays & Wednesdays at 6:30 pm Pickleball Thursdays 6:00 pm – 8:00 pm. These classes will be 30 to 50 minutes. The cost is $2.00 per class or you can pay $20.00 for the month and attend as many classes as you like. Your first class is free so come and try it out. Enjoy the benefits of being active and it is also a great way to socialize with your friends and neighbours.
