There are fitness classes in the gym at the St. Peter’s Complex. We offer a variety of classes which include circuit training, walking, exercise and other DVDs that we follow on the big screen, hand weight classes and stability ball classes. All fitness levels welcome from those of you who haven’t exercised in a long time to those who are physically active. Each person can work at their own pace. Morning classes are held on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday mornings at 6:00am and these classes are 30mins long. Evening classes will be held at 7pm on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday evenings at 7pm to start. These classes are 30 – 50 mins in length. Each class is $2.00 or you can pay $20/month and attend as many classes as you like. Your first class is free so come and try it out. Enjoy the benefits of being active and it is also a great way to socialize with your friends and neighbours. Ages 12 and over welcome. For more information stop in at one of the classes.
