Stay-A-While Program at St. Peter’s

If you are a senior living in your home, there are Adult Day Programs available across P.E.I. that offer social activities in a safe and comfortable environment. The programs also support caregivers by giving them a break or respite from providing day to day care to their loved ones. If you can benefit from the program or know someone who could, contact:

Home Care Souris 902-687-7096 or Montague 902-838-0786.

Beginning on February 7, 2018 a new location was set up at the St. Peter’s Circle Club. The program at St. Peter’s will take place each Wednesday from 9:00 am – 3:00 pm.

As a part of the program, the St Peter’s Circle Club has offered the use of the building. Members of our club have volunteered to provide a noon time lunch for the participants and the staff (6-8 people).

If you would like to add your name to the volunteer list please contact Isabel Lewis @ 902-961-2670 or OR Evelyn MacKenzie @ 902-961-2307.

The participants and staff of the Stay-A-While Program would like to invite people to come in and sing, play music, transport clients to and from the program or just to have a chat. We’d love to see you!
